Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to fully read and understand this information before entering for commissions.
Approximate turn around between 2 weeks and 2 months. This depends on queue, workload and detail requirements.

vGen Requests must follow vGen TOS and Guidelines. Form requests are for those that do not wish to make a vGen account.

Primary Skills:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase art from me -- no exceptions.

  • Payment is processed only through PayPal invoices or Ko-Fi in USD only.

  • Payment processed following initial watermarked sketch idea is approved.

  • Commissioner may post artwork anywhere you like, please credit appropriately. Do not remove the watermark.

  • Full refunds may only occur prior to work being started. 3/4th refund after sketch is produced, half refund once drawing is lined, no refund once drawing is complete.

  • Complex characters and/or armor and weapon designs may have adjusted pricing for extra time(wing details, extreme markings, etc.).

  • I reserve the right to refuse any and all commission work.

  • I retain copyrights on all artwork I produce unless you specifically purchase rights.

Your rights as a commissioner:
o You will receive updates of progress(Sketch, Lined, Flats, Shade, Final).
o You may have major adjustments made during sketch progress only.
o You are limited to two minor adjustments after line work is complete(subject to the artist).
o You may post your image anywhere as long as it is credited correctly and watermark intact.
o Final image sent via .JPEG or .PNG with postable size and full high-res.
o Purchase monetization rights, please ask about pricing.
You may not:
x Claim art as your own.
x Produce merchandise to sell without written approval(This may be discussed).
x Alter the art without approval(I have no issue making adjustments and I keep files for a long while, some fees may apply).
x Use art for NFT or AI learning.

Commission Pricing List and Examples

Below you will find the guide to pricing and inclusion to each commission type that I accept. At the bottom is a link to the form. Please read the TOS and Form in their entirety prior to submitting. TOS may be updated at any time.

Half Body

Half Body Commission Type
Includes:
High Res Solo OR Duo shot.
Detailed cell shading and lighting OR Flats. Simple gradient or screenshot background from game(depends). Weapons and armor may affect pricing.
Shaded - $55 per character, depending on complexity.
Flats - $45 per character, depending on complexity.
Limited to TWO(2) characters at this time.

3/4 or Full Body

3/4 or Fully Body Commission Type
Includes:
High Res Solo OR Duo Shot.
Detailed cell shading and lighting *OR Flats.
Basic background gradient or screenshot from game(depends).
Shaded - $75 per character, depending on complexity.
Flats - $55 per character, depending on complexity.
Limited to TWO(2) characters at this time.

Illustrations

Illustrations Include:
High Res Solo or Duo shot
Detailed cell shading and lighting
Background and Effects
Pricing is PER character:
Half Body: $100
Full Body: $150
Background: +$50-250
Detail Requirements are additional and discussed prior to agreement.
Limiting to TWO(2) character at this time.
Longer turn around as detailing and scenery are difficult for me. Expect a wait of 30-90 day--depending on complexity--at most with progress updates throughout.

Screenshot Redraws

Experimental Commission Type
Includes:
This commission type takes direct reference from an in-game screenshot of your choice but the character is redrawn to fit your image.
High Res Solo shot
Detailed cell shading and lighting
Background and Effects
$150+ depending on complexity
Limiting to ONE(1) character at this time.

Screenshot Redraws Explanation

Screenshot Redraws takes an existing image and gets redrawn to appear like an anime/animation screenshot with high detail, clean linework, detailed shading, detailed background and character detail. These take the most amount of time to ensure accuracy to the image but also the character being depicted. Details can be added or removed as requested by the client to better fit the scene as envisioned by you.

Experimental Art Includes:
High Res Shot.
Quality based on client preference. Price varies by piece, use the options above as a baseline for either shaded or flats.Not sure what you have in mind fits the types above? Send me a message with your idea and we can discuss what works best. This is basically a wild card section or the 'off menu' option.
